We collaborate with a variety of hotel chains across the nation, prioritizing full-service hotels such as Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Embassy Suites whenever possible. Our preference is to locate accommodations in the downtown areas of each city, providing you ample opportunity to explore and immerse yourself in the local culture and attractions. We believe that our tours offer more than just baseball games; they are an invitation to experience the richness of each city. Rather than opting for roadside motels, we choose to stay in the heart of the cities, ensuring a more integrated and comfortable experience before we embark on the next day's journey.

Where are your seats for the games located?

Thanks to our longstanding relationships with teams, we consistently secure the best available group tickets for each game. Typically, these seats are situated in either the mid-level sections within the infield or the lower levels along the lines. Factors such as the specific ballpark, day of the week, number of season ticket holders, the opponents, and potential game promotions can influence ticket availability. For guests seeking an enhanced experience, we offer our Upgraded Ticket Option (UTO). Opting for UTO ensures access to the finest lower-level seats within the infield area - right where the infield dirt meets the outfield grass, between 1st and 3rd base - available for an additional fee. This option is designed to provide an even more memorable and close-up view of the game.

What does double mean? Is this price for two people?

Our pricing is structured per person and varies according to the number of individuals in your travel party and your chosen hotel occupancy option. Terms like 'single', 'double', 'triple', and 'quad' indicate the type of room occupancy. 'Double' refers to two people sharing a single room, which can have either one or two beds. 'Triple' occupancy means three people in a room with two beds, and 'quad' indicates four people sharing a room, also typically with two beds. For those needing additional bedding, rollaway beds or cots can be requested at some hotels, subject to availability. However, it's important to note that in larger cities such as New York or Chicago, fire regulations often prohibit the use of rollaways or cots in hotel rooms.
