AM - Breakfast at the hotel; A complimentary full breakfast buffet is available (Friday through Tuesday) starting at 6:00 AM. Please bring your breakfast coupon with you. You can also use the coupon at the Starbucks onsite for coffee and muffin/bagel if you don't want the buffet.
7:45 AM - Depart hotel for Cooperstown; Please be on time!
9:15 AM - Anticipated arrival at Clark Sports Center; Free school bus shuttles will run from the Clark Sports Center to downtown Cooperstown (approx 1 mile), at Main and Fair Streets, next to the Hall of Fame, prior to the Induction until 1:00 PM. Be sure to be back in your seat before the Induction Ceremony begins.
1:30 PM - Induction Ceremony at the Clark Sports Center; The Ceremony is held rain or shine on the grounds outside of the Clark Sports Center and is expected to last two to three hours. Refreshments are sold at the site. You will be provided with a box lunch upon return to the coach to include a sandwich, fruit, chips, cookie and water. Please plan accordingly. Enjoy!
Upon completion of the ceremony, please return directly back to your motorcoach, parked at the Clark Center, for departure to Albany Airport and hotel. Departure flights should be scheduled for approximately 8:00 PM or later. Please note, if you have made other arrangements for lodging following the trip or are not flying out of the designated airport above, our motorcoach will be stopping at the airport and the trip hotel for your convenience.
