4:00 PM - Depart the hotel for Cooperstown
4:30 PM - The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum; Admission is included each day to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum within and out privileges. Everyone should wear their nametag lanyard when entering the Hall. You don't need to wait in line to enter, simply enter the museum with your nametag lanyard through the main doors or through the side Library entrance by Cooper Park.
6:15 PM - Depart Cooperstown for Trip Reception; meet at Cooper Park Pick-up location.
7:00-8:30 PM - Trip reception at Brooks Barbeque; A trip reception is included to give you a chance to meet and greet the host and the other travelers. The reception includes a meal and non-alcoholic beverages. (alcohol is available for purchase)
8:30 PM - Depart reception for the hotel
