TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS $$
Our ticket inventory is updated several times daily. However, if the tickets you would like to purchase are no longer available, you will have the option of canceling the order or choosing an alternative ticket location that we may be able to offer you.
 
LOCATION
We cannot guarantee odd numbers of tickets to be together, groups of tickets larger than two, nor special requests that may not be in stock. Sports Travel and Tours has the right to upgrade ticket locations at no additional charge to the customer.
 
DELIVERY
All tickets will be delivered via Federal Express unless other arrangements have been made. Every effort will be made to deliver ticket within 48 hours or at least 24 hours prior to the event, unless you are otherwise notified at which time you have the right to cancel.
 
CHANGES
All ticket orders are guaranteed by contract and a paid receipt will be issued.
All changes on orders must be sent to us in writing, by fax or email immediately, although any changes requested are NOT guaranteed once you have completed your purchase as we promptly finalize the procurement of your tickets.
 
ACCURACY
Upon receipt of your package, you have 24 hours to contact our office about any mistakes and/or discrepancies about the tickets and/or locations.
 
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation/Postponement or time changes of this event due to weather, acts of God, armed conflict, or any other events such as civil strife, or cancellations of partial performances/games are beyond our control, therefore no refunds will be given.
 
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
 
WEATHER
Weather conditions may affect your travel to and from an event. If you are unable to arrive in a timely fashion due to weather – there are no refunds allowed. If an event is delayed or cancelled in its entirety due to weather, any/all refunds will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and/or team affiliated and all refund criteria provided will be followed by this office for the face value of the tickets purchased.
